Dragon Tattoo
Dragon tattoos are extremely popular these days. And it’s pretty easy to see why. These designs are not only rich in history but they make a powerful and sometimes bold statement. Dragon tattoos depict creatures that have been in human mythology for thousands of years. Our ancestors probably saw the bones of dinosaurs and from them invented the dragon. Look at the dragon tattoo in the picture. It’s a beautiful design that is representative of what many call Western dragons. Western dragons differ from the Eastern dragons in many subtle ways. For one, Western dragons were seen as harbingers of doom, reigning down destruction upon villages and eating any hapless human that was foolish to come across their path. They also were rumored to be the guardians of great wealth and many heroes tried to slay them just to get their gold. That probably accounts for their nasty disposition! Eastern dragons, however are viewed as being kind and beneficial to mankind. Eastern dragon tattoos are therefore symbolic of luck and good fortune. But, I for one happen to like the Western dragons. I think that not only are they cool but also look pretty fierce. What do you think?

Now here’s a pretty cool looking dragon tattoo. A mean dragon out on the hunt who has apparently caught himself a young maiden and is getting ready to turn her into dinner. This dragon is rather colorless but still drawn very well just the same. It’s a very nice tattoo and and a great looking dragon.
