This images is really dark so it is hard to see this scorpion tattoo but what I can see of it looks as if it was well done. It certainly looks like a scorpion about to strike and I am sure that is what it was meant to look like. The little insect that carries the big sting. People that get this sort of tattoo are people who believe in that old saying, walk softly but carry a big stick. In other words, I won’t mess with you for any reason but if you mess with me there’s going to be hell to pay. At least these are people who feel that way about themselves whether or not they would really react that way. Some people like to think they would but when it comes right down to it, they show more restraint than they knew they had and they hold back.
The scorpion tattoo can represent those things and many others. Who knows what might be in someone’s mind when they get such a tattoo unless you have one. And even then it would not tell us what the next person was thinking, or the next, or the next. So just get one of these tattoos if you really like it and forget about all the rest.

This scorpion tattoo is one that shows a large predatory scorpion who is apparently about to make a meal out of the much smaller ant that stands in front of it. This is a very well drawn and well executed tattoo and that really makes both the scorpion and the ant look very realistic.
