When it comes to a tattoo cross this one is certainly of the Celtic variety. It is a simple iron cross and has it roots steeped thickly in many religions from around the world and not only Christianity. The thing I find the most interesting about these images is that we get to see a tattoo in two stages of its inception. The image on the left shows it just after it was started with only the basic image done and barely any background at all. And the image on the right shows the final product which of course is a much nicer looking image. While this is a simple tattoo cross it is also very well done. The shading and coloring is done so well that it actually looks like metal. And the background is made up of well chosen colors that really helps to set the whole thing off.

This is the kind of tattoo that I think almost anyone would be proud to have. It’s clean and sharp and gets the point of being across very quickly. One glance and you know what it is. There is no doubt about that. And if people have to look harder at your tattoo and they are asking, ‘what is that?’, then it was probably not very well done.

Here we have a tattoo cross that says a lot. It has a crown on top of it and serpent wrapped around the body of it. It would seem to be some throwback to the crusades or something like that but of course I cannot say for sure. It has some writing on it that looks like initials and then a name but again, I cannot be sure. Whatever the case, the bearer of this tattoo probably means business.
