Tiger Tattoo

A tiger tattoo conjures up all sorts of thoughts and ideas. Having long been a very strong symbol in most of Asia, the tiger is associated with power, passion, beauty, speed, cruelty and wrath. In these cultures the appearance of a tiger in ones dream I believed to signify that new power or a new passion will awaken with the dreamer. And while tigers are most often feared, some cultures consider them to be protectors of a sort at times. So much so that many, many years ago in some cultures pictures of a tiger would be hung in the room of a pregnant woman to protect the unborn baby and keep evil away. And of course, out side of all these things, the tiger is one of the coolest looking animals in the world and quite frankly, I think that has a lot more to do with why a lot of people get a tiger tattoo today, then anything else.
For me, to get a wild looking tiger tattoo put on yourself means you are impulsive and a little wild yourself. Someone strong but cunning. Someone who might lash out at any moment without ever having shown a hint of it before hand. Are you that type?
Tiger Tattoo

This is a very nice tiger tattoo on a persons back. It’s hard to see all of the detail in this piece of work because the skin is still inflamed from the initial work, but it certainly looks like a very cool tiger and I think it will look even better once all of the skin heals. Tigers are always a safe bet because almost everybody likes the way they look.
